General Dentistry

General dentistry focuses on the health of the mouth, gums, and teeth, and may include other aspects of the facial structure, including the temporomandibular joint. Our team of dedicated dental officers are ready to help you restore your smile.

  • Teeth Whitening
Want to brighten your smile? Our teeth whitening service uses the latest dental technology to quickly lighten teeth and remove discolouration.
  • Jaw Pain
Pain or tenderness in the jaw can be caused by tooth or gum disease or temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. TMJ disorders are usually detected by an uneven bite, or clicking sound and discomfort when biting or chewing. Visit our dental experts to find the cause of your jaw discomfort and best form of treatment.
  • Snoring and Sleep Disorders
Is your snoring disrupting your sleep (or others)? If you snore, you may wake up feeling unrefreshed. Sleep disorders and dental health are closely related. Snoring can happen if the muscles at the back of the throat are flaccid, or the jaw is too small. Our dentists will help you find the root cause of your snoring and restore your precious rest time.
  • Accidental Tooth Fracture
Accidents can happen. A tooth fracture can be a slight chip, or a complete break. Our dentists will help you restore your tooth to its original form so you can smile with confidence.
  • Swollen gums
Gum health is very important to overall oral health. Swollen gums can cause pain and discomfort. The condition is most often caused by gingivitis, although other underlying health issues may also cause your gums to swell. Treatment can be as simple as a thorough scaling, although more complex cases may require deep cleaning and or surgery.
  • Toothache
Toothaches can be caused by tooth decay, infections, a damaged filling, or infected gums, among others. The pain may radiate to other parts of the head or jaw, causing headaches or jaw pain.
  • Preventive Dentistry
Prevention is better than cure. Preventative dentistry includes regular oral exams (once every six months), teeth cleaning, and routine x-rays, in addition to this, our dentists will guide you on ways to maintain your own oral health at home.
  • Tooth Removal
Removing the tooth is recommended when the tooth cannot be saved through other treatments, such as a root canal. Our dentists perform tooth removal with the aim of minimising discomfort, so you can get back to eating your favourite foods much sooner.
